MessageDear Uncle Clair and MaryJean,

Glad you like the St. Louis hat. I remember when you used to visit St. Louis and ask "who was tougher? you or my Dad"...of course we all thought it was you! You're wrestling cows and my Dad was only lifting little wires and brackets! As a little girl I've always loved the sound of your voice and your laugh is unmistable (like my Dad's). Thanks for being a good example to us and for watching out for John and I when we lived out there. Your family means so much to us.
I really loved reading the Book of Enos in the Book of Mormon this week. I learned a lot from him about prayer and faith. We know that all things have a purpose and a meaning to our lives and our Heavenly Father. Your experiences renew our faith and testimonies and strengthens our relationships with our loved ones. We love you!

MessageWe appreciate the updates by way of the modern blog. This is not nearly as good as the chats across the backyard fence but for now it will do. We are thinking about you. By the way, Kate got the job at Weber County. She sends her thanks for your support. Laura sends a big hello your way as do many of the other kids, Blake, Ryan, Ben, Brent, Sheila. They are all keeping you in their prayers. We have been so blessed by knowing you and your family. Please let us know if we can be of service to you or yours.

Love, Richard and Karen smilie

MessageHi President and Mary Jean,

We are still in a state of disbelief. You two mean so much to our family and to us personally. It is always fun to visit Tyler's ward and see you. Ryan and Erin do a great job keeping us updated. It is a lot of fun having Colin live with us while they build their new house. We like having Ryan and Erin around too!

We hope all is as well as can be. You are both in our prayers.

Pam and Greg
