MessageAs per Mike comments on the Surrey Senior Cup tie with Merstham

Tommy was manager then and he used the game as a pre season friendly and he said he did not even know there were trophies for the Runners up.
The players always do a warm down at the end of the gaem but there has never been a problem any where else.
I am sure it will be different under Stuart on Tuesday.
Most things went wrong that day Merstham played both their goal keepers as ours broke his finger in the warm up. smilie

MessageHello everyone!
I have been a Redhill fan for many years, and have one request. When we play Merstham next Tuesday, regardless of the result, win or lose, can the players please shake hands at the end of the game? The last time we played Merstham (in the Charity Cup) the Redhill players went to the corner of the pitch and didn't even bother collecting their runners up medals, from the comments made by the Redhill management, bitter disappointment and embarrassment to all at the club.
Come on boys, do the right thing this time!!!!

MessageThis is a great idea Spencer, well done.

I am currently an officer at the club and it's great to see messages from fans old and new, near and far.

Message to Eric Lee: You must remember my parents, Jill and Clive, they would love to get in touch with you, e-mail me when you get a chance and I'll pass on their e-mail to you.

Up the Reds!

MessageThanks 4 telling me the stats, and the message of support on the website. Have mad my debut for the 1st team after a good performance vs Guildford for the reserves. Came on holding centre-midfield, and played about 25 mins or so. We drew 1-1 against CB Hounslow. Injuries accelerated the call-up, but that's footie, I played well taking advantage of the situation, so hopefully I can push on from there and be a regular. Thanks again Edgar Ndazi

MessagePleased to see that the club are alive still. I live in Yorkshire but used to go to the old Memorial Ground in the 1960s. My first game was a friendly v Crystal Palace (their full-back Bert Howe was brother to Reds' captain Alan ). 1962 I think it was. We were 2-3 at half-time but lost 3-7. That got me into going to watch Palace regularly (and the Reds). What happened to England Youth International Ray Hutchins? Great player....
