| Message | Deena: I am not a blogger--yet. I am a cancer survivor, though. thanks to bj at sweet nothings, I have become addicted to reading the blogs. Just have to get my camera and act together after a tough 6 months. I was dianosed in Dept 2007 with Leukemia. I just finished my 7th chemo treatment for Leukemia 2/22. Dr. feels that will be enough for now. I know the fatique, the tirednessthat is unbelievable, the shots, the GammaGard (10 hours infusion for red blood cells) the chemo induced Diabetes and all the other health issues that come with the territory. my latest is a case of shingles. not much fun!! I have read your blog with such understanding and knew almost exactly what you were going thru...though every treatment is different. May I just say...I am confident that I will read soon of your remission and will pray that prayer just as many warriors have prayed for me. God is so good. | Message | I wish you the best on your next round of chemo. My dad is set for his 6th round of it since 2 years ago. He is hanging tough with lung cancer. | Message | I found your blog via Donna O Brien. I of course had to look her up after she was in victoria magazine. Then I saw the word pink in another blog and I had to check that out (which is you!!!) I am a fellow christian and I want to share a scripture I read today. Read all of Psalms 139 .... verse 3 "you chart the path ahead of me and tell me where to stop and rest. Every moment you know where I am. verse 5" You both precede and follow me. You place your hand of blessing on my head. ,even there your hand will guide me.9 "If I ride the wings of the morning if I dwell by the farthest oceans,even there your hand will guide me and your strength will support me."verse 16 "You saw me before I was born. Everyday of my life was recorded in your book .Every moment was laid out before a single day had passed.... May his holy spirit bless and comfort you and give you a sweet rest.
