| Message | Happy New Year! And I pray it is a happy one for you! Great news just before Christmas - no cancer! Did I see your picture in the Cancer Center publication? I just enjoyed seeing pictures of your family in your beautiful home. We left Dec. 26, driving out of the ice & rain, with the church mission trip to Dulac, LA. It was a very meaningful experience. The people there are happy in spite of the hard ships they have gone thru. Just like you! Inspiring! Then we came to Sarasota, FL, for a month. I hate to say how nice it is here & good to be away from IL weather. We're seeing Peoria friends here, seeing the sights, & Doug is playing golf. We're praying for good news with the next MRI. | Message | Dear Deena: Tis just past midnight on the beginning hours of Jan. 6th. Loved your thoughtful card with Thanksgiving wishes - The days seem to have been on "zoom" the month of December and I was later than ever this yr. You are always in my thoughts and your wonderful SPUNK. Its down to about 50 here at this moment and we think that is cold.
