MessageAll I can say is he is incredible - so truly believable as a scary, emotionally demented vampire! He is one hot mess. I wished that his character was not killed on the series....there are many demensions to his persona...so unique and so interesting to watch... I look forward to his new endeavors smilie

MessageRIP, Franklin. I'll miss you like mad. I know you were a nut case and did loads of bad stuff but somehow, I still adored you. Could it be because you were portrayed by the best actor ever? Well, yes, I think that's it smilie

Loved you Franklin.

James Frain was simply stellar in this role.

MessageI'm an indigenous person living on an American Indian Reservation in Central Oregon. I absolutely love James Frain in his character "Franklin" on True Blood. He's so perfect for the part. When I checked the Bio, I was surprised to see him listed in the movie, "Elizabeth" so that's my next movie goal. I hope you'll continue to get more episodes on True Blood. -- you're Fabulous

MessageHis character or rather the personality of his character on TB reminds me a of Robert Knepper's character on Prison Break. If you've seen PB, would you agree or disagree?

and glad to be here! it's amazing how you guys pull me in smilie

MessageWelcome, Kendra. I'm a long time fan of James. He never disappoints and always makes every character he portrays so much more than the words on a script. He's unique and sexy and gracious and kind and, most of all, super talented. Franklin is gonna be a blast of diabolical sexiness.

MessageWelcome Kendra! We LOVE his role on "True Blood!" It takes something special to make such an impact in only a few moments of screen time.

Yes, the man does have a way about him!

MessageThank you so much for this site! Unfortunately, I never watched the Tudors long enough to see James Frain or watched Frain in anything until the third season of True blood. As a die hard Truebie fan I think it's out-of-this-world amazing that I've become a Team Franklin lover when he had only 2 minutes -at the most- of on screen time. The complexity and mysteriousness behind his character is appealing, and the smexyness that he embodies doesn't hurt either. When he said "Apologize to the lady" in episode 2 : Beautifully Broken, I knew my heart belonged to Franklin Mott and-through association- James Frain. I cant wait to see this character grow and his relationship with Tara progress (I've got ice cubes to cool me down from their hot and steamy romance) and will convert many more to Team Franklin on Facebook.

Thank you so much for keeping this up-to-date. It's my go-to site during the week :>
