| Message | dearest Hank, I just found out that you are the one playing all these guitar pieces that I heard first time when I was five years old. I was born and greew up in the Philippines and for a long long time I do not know who was playing those guitar music. Thanks for YOUTUBE, I found you (well, only your music.) I love every one of them... I was born in the year '56. I just can't help myself looking at you when you're playing through youtube... Thanks also i found these website. I'm one of your fans. |

| Message | In 1958 I was only 10 when I first heard the Shadows. Since then I have always added their music to my collection in all formats including LP's or CDs. Hank Marvin has influenced so many people that it would be hard to list. I am one of them that have enjoyed them immensely. History will always say that the music that the Shadows created was original and very uplifting. Hank Marvin - you are the best and nobody comes close. Enjoy and hope to hear from you soon in a form of good music.  |

| Message | I first heard Hank as the lead guitar of The Shadows. It was during the southern summer of 1962, with my parents in Mar del Plata. The song was "Midnight", and the experience was an extraordinary one. Really unfortgettable. Although it is not necessary condition to have a Strat in order to sign the guest book, in fact I really own one, bought for me by my late grandmother, while visiting New Orleans as a tourist in 1966. Congratulations for this page. I feel it is designed with great respect and admiration to Hank, my favorite electric guitar artist.
