|Message||Adding a note to foresaid let me shed light on the protagonist Mr. Vivek Kumar, Circle Head HR at Aircel (Delhi, Punjab, Himanchal and U.P.), (Linkedin Profile: https://in.linkedin.com/in/vivek-kumar-6a07889). |
During his current employment with Aircel he has promoted Vision India Services Private Limited (https://vispl.co.in), and North Star. Vivek’s proxy director in Vision India is Sanjay Kumar. Vivek uses the pseudo name ‘Vikramaditya” uses the email id of: email@example.com, when it comes to Vision India. Vivek’s proxy in North Star is his brother Pankaj Singh.
Till date Aircel & North Star has been the primary and anchor accounts for Vision India’s staffing business. From its inception to till date VIS would have done approximately INR 300+ crores of business.
North Star is providing facility management services to Aircel and Vision India, e.g. guesthouse, pantry services, housekeeping, and infrastructure provision. It would from its inception have done a business of approximately INR 200+ crores. VIS’s “Rural BPO”, has Aircel as its primary client.
I am aware of Vivek’s schedule. Every alternative evening at around 8 PM he arrives at A19, Sector 67, Noida U.P. (VIS office) till 11 PM. He is there on all Saturdays from 11 AM to 11PM. Vivek always takes the final round of interview hence there would professionals who would have been interviewed by Vivek and would recognize him. It is in conflict of interest with that of Aircel’s

o Vision India Services Private Limited (previously known as Vision India Staffing Private Limited) for; criminal breach of trust and falsification of records in their partnership with National Skill Development Council, and
o National Skill Development Council’s mandated incumbents, for;
Holistic, arbitrary dilution of due diligence, audit standards, non-prosecution of negligence, on behalf of its Training Partner – Vision India Services Private Limited.
During my tenure at VIS, it gave me a comprehensive optics on the fraud being perpetrated by VIS and selective amnesia by NSDC mandated incumbents involving loss of crores of rupees of the public exchequer.
Need assistance to bring it to light.

|Message||At the outset I want to apprise that Sh. D.K. Mittal has protected the dubious interests of a few persons owing some regional proximity-mainly that of one A.K. Singhal who served at GIPSA(a co-ordinating body for the 4 PSU General Insurance Companies) till a couple of months ago and who is presently G.M. at National Insurance,Kolkata.|
You can know the entire history of facts from the Joint Secy. Sh. Arvind Kumar.Sh. Mittal was perhaps not aware of the devious and crooked manipulations designed by Singhal.In other words,GIPSA had become a shop selling favours and disfavours as suited to Singhal's whims and fancies and also his pocket.It is reliably learnt that this Singhal was accepting huge favours in cash and kind for rendering undue favours.
Sir,A few months back an enquiry was ordered by the finance ministry into the malpractices at GIPSA (specifically for the promotional exam. process)under the charge of Sh. M. Prasad,GIPSA and Sh. N. Tobdan,C.V.O. at Oriental Insurance and a report comprising 1500 pages was prepared but which never saw the light of the day due to the intervention of Sh. D.K. Mittal.
Sir,I am writing to you in the hope that you will allow justice and honour of individuals to prevail.I am a poor victim among scores of others of the malpractices of this Singhal and he has escaped unhurt because of some link with your predecessor.
With the hope that you will allow justice to prevail so that we are not ruled by personal motivations and favours.
