| Message | I just read in NYT about you and I am thrilled beyond words that something like this is happening in India.
The irony here is that fighting corruption in India is the same as fighting Government. Is there a politician in a public office in India and not being corrupt? Nepotism, Greed, Contempt for the law, they are the primary attributes of the people in Indian political system. The civil servants follow their masters, and this corrupt behaviour percolates to the lowest level. But who is going to take on these powers? If we bring out few cases, may be that is a good beginning. With the IT revolution, spreading literacy and awareness things should change in long term. But I wouldn't expect anything to happen in a short term.
All I can do at this point is wish you all the best. I can do a donation for the cause, if you set up a link on your web site. |
