| Message | When is the deadline to announce if you will be giving up a 1st rounder instead of your 2nd expansion forward selection? Also, if you do choose to give up a 1st rnd pick instead of another expansion selection does the pick have to be your pick or can it be one that you have acquired via trade? Cam or Rob your input would be appreciated on these issues. |

| Message | I consider that one of my best trades ever too.. Backstrom, Kopitar a first rounder and a third rounder for those guys. Goon thought I was nuts trading Morris.. I actually took our expansion GMs advice on that one to dump Morris while he still had some value. Granted Savard lit it up, but in a couple years with Zubov out of the picture Nick, Anze and I will all go out for beers and have a good chuckle over that one.. We'll put drinks on Sandis's tab! |

| Message | by the way - what's with the inflated prices for these d men? Hamrlik is worth $5 mill a year? Unbelievable. Big Bert back with Burke - must make Goon smile. And hey - I still had 3 kids after I took that super blade to the crotch. |

| Message | actually it was both testies - and Duke - I wouldn't talk if I were you - I still consider my best trade ever the one with you (i.e. Savard, Zubov and Morris etc.) |

| Message | Maybe Rob should tell everyone how he is the one with the grapefruit sized left testy he got from some 8 year old in roller hockey. |

| Message | haha! I encourage the Eppsters and Bruins to shop the league for offers should GM Brown come knocking. |

| Message | The Blazers are proud to announce 3 deals - deal # 1 Niedermayer to the Eppsters for their 1st rd pick in the upcoming draft and Spezza. Deal # 2 Yashin, Allison and Forsberg to the Bruins for all their picks in this year and next year's draft plus Datsyuk (and their prospect pick from both years if anyone of those 3 players get at least one point this season). Deal # 3 - Hamrlik, Kovalev and the rights to Valeri Bure to the Goons for Pronger and an autographed baseball by Jeff Derksen (the actual baseball that the woman center fielder from his slow pitch league hit off Jeff's left testy while he was playing first base) |

| Message | With the pending retirement of Neidermayer from the Blazers, trade talk has started between common trade partners Epp, Neufeld and Brown. With Brown now scrambling to answer the questions surrounding his d core sources close to Brown confirm that he has been in contact with the GM's for Lidstrom, Rafalski, and Souray in an attempt to maintain his dominant d core. Browns lack of youth and picks will be a significant detriment to any possible deal, but these GM's have found a way before. |
