| Message | Hi all, sorry for slow replies, I've been busy increasing the C-Dogg's roster. We added Dawson Micaiah Peters on September 11th, weighing in at 7 pounds and 1 ounce. A bit small though he is already bulking up for the start of the season. Been a busy summer with all this so I haven't kept up on the FHL. For anything missing from the spreadsheet, please let me know. First check if there is a trade missing from the trades tab, and also any roster mistakes. Thanks Duke for that helpful video to get me started. As for the proposal from Jeff. Sounds like it makes the draft order meaningless (i.e. my 2nd & 3rd picks are no longer advantageous). However, count me up for indifferent on it. |

| Message | From my records this is the pick situation in the upcoming Feb mid season draft. Jono Collin from Cam Collin, his own Rob Dan Jeremy Jeremy from Jeff Collin and Jeremy would have 2 Wild Card picks at their disposal. Jeff and Cam currently are without Wild Card picks. |

| Message | I would like to provide my thoughts on some of the concerns voiced regarding the Wild Card pick. Firstly, there would be no need to worry about determining a draft order, as GM's can make a selection at any time, thus "Wild Card" status. A First come, first serve basis. Secondly, I would suggest that "Wild Card" picking would be frozen during the week of the November mid season draft. You could use a Wild Card pick before the Nov draft started, and after the final Nov pick is made, hopefully before midnight of Nov 30, thus allowing the wild card player to be activated for the month of Dec. Keep in mind that if you pick someone on Dec 3rd for example, you would need to wait until Dec 31 to insert that player into the lineup for Jan. You would still have the privilege of owning that players rights however, until such time as you can insert them into the active lineup. The 27 man roster rules would still apply. If you have 27 or more players on your roster, you would be required to drop a player when making your Wild Card pick. If you have less than 27 players on your roster, you would be able to select someone without having to drop a player. I hope this clarifies some of the issues raised. |
