| Message | An FHL prospect is a player who has been drafted or signed as a free agent by an NHL team and qualifies for NHL rookie of the year. Also, to qualify for rookie status in both the NHL and FHL, a player cannot have played more than 25 games in any single preceding season nor in six or more games (in any major professional league) in any two preceding seasons. A player also must not have reached his 26th birthday by September 15 of the season in which he is eligible. These are the official guidelines for Calder Trophy eligibility in the NHL constitution. |

| Message | What is our criteria to define a "prospect"? If they've played ANY regular season games, are they no longer a "prospect"? Or is there a minimum, as there is to qualify as a rookie in the NHL (20 regular season games or something). |
