Message	It's called the world wide web, and it even exists in Houston BC. There is no excuse for missing end of the month deadlines. Some sort of punishment needs to be enforced to avoid these decisions from being required. It should be simple, you miss the deadline, and you pay the price.

Message	It comes down to intent. Collin is in the boonies and probably had no idea. However, that shouldn't play a role in determining draft positioning. I suggest in cases of unintentional oversights, we give the party a couple days to insert a new player.
