| Message | It seems like the level of frustration is virtually unanimous regarding the conduct of GM Neufeld. I agree that this development is most concerning and affects the health of the entire FHL. I agree with other fellow GMs that in a case like this (ie overturning an earlier mandate) we may indeed have to intervene this process considering the lack of involvement by GM Neufeld. We have always voted on matters such as these - and have only needed a 50%+ vote to make a decision valid. But with special consideration to the magnitude of this particular decision - I propose that this decision needs a 75% approval in order to be mandated. If this is amicable with FHL GMs, then let the voting begin for the removal of GM Neufeld as an owner of the FHL club known as the Chow-Town Bruins. |

| Message | I would agree with that. If we are going to bring them in, it would be better to do it now if they can still make the Jan mid-season pick. If not, then there is not much harm in waiting |

| Message | there's still enough time for Jeremy's hazing and for him to make a midseason selection before month end... |

| Message | Let's make this quick and painless, the decision has clearly been made, no need to leave the team unmanaged for the rest of the year. No hard feelings for Shane at all. |

| Message | From my standpoint, Shane has shown a complete lack of interest in the pool, and a new GM should take over his team effective immediately. |

| Message | i'm more concerned about the Bruins franchise missing out on TWO midseason picks.. the situation has changed from draft day when the summer deadline was given. at the time it was a fees owed and lack of communication issue. now it has become a complete mockery of the pool. after the draft when i became aware Shane had never paid entry fees i emailed Rob and "strongly suggested" a deadline of the end of October to pay up with failure to comply resulting in dismissal from the pool.. that way we could get someone in for the November draft. Rob replied that the GM's present agreed to give Shane the year.. fair enough.. in November i voted for removal of the Bruins GM when he missed the draft. Shane said some nice things and we swept it under the rug. a few days ago I again supported the ousting of GM Neufeld. i have yet to hear the latest excuse for missing the draft. so forgive me if I have let others fight this battle that has so far been a waste of everyone's time. Rob, end this ridiculous soap opera and regain the support of the GM's who actually care about this league. |

| Message | To me it doesn't really matter if GM Neufeld leaves the league now, or at the end of this season. The new owner is not any more compromised if we wait 3 months. I'm just saying we go with what we agreed with. I too agree that this is a disappointing development - but waiting doesn't really hurt that much at the end of the season. If this was a different time of the season, a more decisive and timely approach would be appropriate. We might as well give him the end of the season. |

| Message | I'm all for fairness, but why are we acting like the Canadian justice system with chance after chance after chance? Sometimes you just have to cut bait on something when it isn't working. Back in Nov when we relayed our concerns (which I wonder if Shane even took seriously and went and read), I was under the impression that if things CHANGED, then there would be no problems. Things haven't changed nor do I think they will ever change. All the warnings and STILL another draft is missed with no explanation or warning? Honestly, what else will it take? And I'm also getting really annoyed by people acting tough when they talk to me about this issue and then going soft on here. |

| Message | When the fiasco happened in November, my understanding is that we would give him until the end of the season to pay his league fees. This development has heightened concerns in the league office that the Bruins ownership may not follow through on commitments previously implied in a phone conversation with GM Neufeld in which the GM expressed his desire to be more attentive to FHL proceedings. Voting on his ownership at this time may be premature, considering the time line we agreed to last fall. |

| Message | I'll let Rob speak for himself but I was in contact with him before I did anything and he was also aware of what was going to be said... |
