Message	1. The season is definitely not over. Not even close. My projections have Duke and I in a tie. 2. Blazers already missing deadlines. 3. Expansion was discussed during the draft(for those not in attendance). It was decided that a proposal for expansion will be tabled before the Nov midseason that we can then vote on. The major sticking point for most GM's seems to be losing players in an expansion draft so any proposal will have this component somewhat minimzed and the proposed new GM will have to deal with it.
