MessageMy choir has about 50 6th-8th graders. About 40 girls and 10 boys. My choir meets over three class periods. The 6th grade class is a girls only class. The 7th grade and 8th grade classes are each mixed. This is the first choral experience for my 6th graders. I need some unison pieces to begin the year, moving to easy 2-part as well as 3-part/SAB. My boys were all in choir last year and were able to do TB and easy TTB. This is our second year in existence but they are capable of more with practice. Our district has a reputation of excellence in choral music that I am striving to uphold with our choir. Anything you think would be useful would be greatly appreciated!
