| Message | Hi Hathor Please forgive me for neglecting the guestbook and your wonderful praises. I did not mean to, working too many hours. I am glad you enjoyed Wind and Tide. not mys usual pairing and some folks did not like the darkness intruding upon these characters' lives this way. They did get a happy ending after all that horrible stuff, though. SO I am pleased you liked how it turned out and did not mind the sweetness I am working on several stories at once now and don't know which will get the update first, but at least I am writing on them again.thank you again ![]() |

| Message | Hi Hathor Of course I remember you I watched all that happened in Egypt with gritted teeth - so glad for Mubarak to be gone, but so worried about the future of freedom under ANY military regime, too. I hope the people of Egypt are granted the rights they so richly deserve. So I understand your distraction I know you will do well on the exams; not sure if there is much new here for you though Life is just impossible for me to get the knack of and so the downward spiral continues. But so glad you are back ![]() |

| Message | Hi au ciel ![]() Thank you for such wonderful praises! So glad you find this portrayal of Legolas fitting; it is among my favourite renderings of him. There are always similarities from story to story but each one is different. I like Thranduil this way, too: supportive of his son and not unwilling to show it. I will try to get back to Cuthenin again and finish it, but can't say when.Thank you so much for this feedback cheers, erobey |

| Message | hi stef thank you and i am glad it seems like a reasonable resolution. i think maybe Elrond will talk to Legolas about Elros again now that he feels free to do so. He lived a fairly long life and i think he and Elrond would have remained close and would have communicated often. There was time for them to be brothers and become friends again. i am thinking Elrond has never really been able to talk about the loss of his brother, in a way, and even understanding the relationship they had must be confusing for him, too. Legolas' relationship with Galbreth is a good contrast and offers the two a chance to explore their pasts with one another. ![]() |
