MessageVIC, I DON'T USUALLY TAKE A DAY OFF, BUT TODAY I DID. WHEN I FOUND YOUR WEB-SITE I FELT LIKE I TOOK A LITTLE TRIP. THANK YOU! I AM A DESIGNER AND A BUILDER IN SAVANNAH GA. NO ONE WILL LET ME MAKE A TUDOR HOUSE FOR THEM HA! HA! I STUDY ALL THE PERIODS, BUT I LOVE ARTS AND CRAFTS, JACOBEAN AND TUDOR STYLE THE MOST. WE PERSONALLY HAVE A ARTS AND CRAFTS HOUSE THAT HAS A REAL JACOBEAN FEEL TO IT,WITH ELK AND STAGHEADS,STONE AND BEAMS,PANELED WALLS, PLASTER CEILINGS, ETC. ETC. IT'S REALLY IN MY BLOOD. OUT OF ALL THE HOMES I'VE HAD IT IS MY FAVORITE. WE HAVE ALWAYS HAD GEORGIAN HOMES AND I HAVE OUT GROWN MY TASTE FOR THE STYLE, BUT AS A DESIGNER I STILL HAVE TO WORK ON THEM ESPECIALLY IN SAVANNAH. WE HAVE BEEN HERE FOR 14 YEARS AND WE DID RESTORE AN OLD PLACE DOWNTOWN. WE SOLD IT TO A COUPLE FROM CHICAGO. IF I CAN EVER GET ENOUGH TIME OFF TO COME TO ENGLAND AGAIN I WILL DEFINITLEY COME TO YOUR STUDIO. YOUR WORK IS REALLY WONDERFUL IT'S BEEN A PLEASURE.

MessageHi Vic,
The kind of talent you have is jaw dropping. I have never in my life seen the kind of attention to detail that you give and the skills to pull it off. I felt my self actually being drawn in to the scenes you create, even if it's only a single piece. You are truly an artist and artisan in every sense of the terms. I'm going to be sharing what I've seen with others. Maybe someday I'll be able to visit the UK and see your work in person. I can only imagine that it's more incredible to see in person. Thank you for sharing your gift with all of us.
Steve

MessageI am awed by the scenes I walk through with my eyes! I am creating an attraction in the area - a working/teaching hand paper mill, powered by a waterwheel with an adjoining botanical fibre garden. The drawings are almost complete - a beautiful English-style building, with turrets and thatch, etc. I will soon be approaching investors with my presentation. I have often thought of how much more telling it would be, visually, if only I had a model.

But, alas, my talent is not such as yours - nor have I been graced with funds to work with at this time. Sigh!

Do you ever work from drawings? I have all four elevations of my proposed mill complex. Would you e.mail me with approximate costs of producing such a model? Who knows - I may win the lottery?!

Lovely site... I visited for quite some time and was entranced by the wee village scenes...

Take care,

MessageYour work is truly amazing and stands head and shoulders above anything else I have seen. Atmospheric is the adjective that most easily springs to mind - something I strive to achieve in my miniature work but also something which I never seem to achieve.
Thank you for sharing your work with the rest of us poor mortals who can only watch and weep!
Congratulations.
