| Message | Thanks for helping me with my problem. While waiting for your replies I'll be reading your tutorial and doing whatever I can to figure things out for myself. I'll let you know what I did when I reply to your posts or before if I stumble on anything I think is important. My time is often limited, which is why I may not respond to posts immediately. I'm sure yours is too, which I fully understand. Also, the computer with the problem is my 17 yr old daughter's. She mostly uses it to IM her friends and surf the Internet, i'e. for fun, so it's not the highest priority. |

| Message | My old computer is running slow because I'm running out of virtual memory. I'm thinking about buying another computer but keeping the other one because many of my software programs can't be transferred as they were downloaded and I didn't buy download extensions. If I use my new, more powerful (a Pentium 4 or AMD) computer to connect me to the internet, do I redownload my security suite to my new computer or will it work by just leaving it physically in the old Intel Celeron one?
Tom, Your questions would be much better discussed in an online forum. Using a GuestBook for interactive discussion isn't a good idea, for several reasons. Please follow the link above, to my Introduction Webpage.. Cheers, Chuck |

| Message | Hey Chuck, I keep checking in down here but there is no new news - or so it seems! I have been busy, busy, busy, in my studio until midnight every night - getting ready for my first solo exhibition. So I haven't been posting much either. I did work up a whole set of images after your suggestion to show my neighbourhood a bit but I haven't had time to write anything to go into a post with them. I will get to it when my show is set up and opened. Anyway, just thought I'd drop you a note - hope all i swell in Martinez! Cheers SJ xx |
