| Message | Hello everybody. I've been up to the hotel and all the arrangements are pretty well finalised. When you check in you will be asked for a choice of menu for the Gala Dinner on Saturday, so that the hotel can judge numbers. We have our own bar for Friday and Saturday afternoon. We will also have our own room/bar on Friday evening for the buffet (1830-2030). This will later become our bar. Breakfast each morning will be 0800-1030. Don't forget that you can use the leisure facilities of the hotel, if you wish. Just to remind everybody to bring their tickets with them as they act as your ID in the hotel for drinks etc. For Donny McD - your name is on the latest rooming list! Look forward to seeing everybody. Regards Terry Carroll Chairman |
