MessageEx 6, then 4 Pl B company, 3 Para 1961 -1965. Red Devils 65-68 then went to Int Corps. Brigade HQ Int Section service 69-71 & 74-75. Then stayed in for the duration, 35 years! what a saddo! Happy days.
Always wondered what happened to the likes of: Jim Fletcher, Roger (Brummie)Chilton, Des Waite, Jeff Roberts, Jim Kilburn, Rob Barker, 'Yorkie' Taylor, Brian Franklin, and loads more of B Coy.
If there's any means of contacting you guys I would welcome it, sentimental sod that I am. Will travel!

Please note that the funeral of Phil Priestly has been brought forward to 1400 hrs on 5th May. The venue is the Garrison Church, Aldershot.

Paratroopers Prepare For Brutal US Boxing Clash

Troops from the 3rd Battalion, Parachute Regiment and the United States' 82nd Airborne Division are gearing up to take each other on in the boxing ring.

It comes after they've been training and working together on the largest Anglo-American exercise for 20 years.

The 3 PARA team is preparing to preserve their undefeated title in front of 3,500 spectators at Fort Bragg.

The man with the honour of captaining 3 PARA is current Combined Services Middleweight Champion Private Tom Barry, who gave up the opportunity to fight in the English ABA quarter finals to compete in North Carolina.

The evening will be shown live on Forces TV on Wednesday from midnight.

Forces TV is a news channel that focuses on all aspects of the British Armed Forces.
