| Message | EVERYBODY! Bookings for the next reunion (28-30 March in Blackpool) have not come in in the numbers hoped for. We need at least 50 more by the end of the month or it could well have to be cancelled because the hotel want a FIRM booking after which the club is committed to pay! So if you intend to come, get off your arses and SPARK! Remember it was voted for UNANIMOUSLY at the AGM! The reunion is in a nice hotel this time so wives and partners are most welcome. | Message | For Kenny Watt - AKA 11A. Kenny, how's things? Just finished reading a book - Razors Edge, The unofficial history of the Falklands war by Hugh Bicheno. ISBN: 978-0-7358-2186-2. Don't know if you have read it but it is generally not bad and pretty accurate except for the orbat of A Coy on page 215 which is tosh. Just to check my memory and before I send a e-mail to the publishers for any re-writes, can you look at this list for Longdon? 1Pl - 2Lt Kearton/Sgt Manfred 2Pl - 2Lt Moore/Sgt French 3Pl - Lt Osborne/ Sgt McCullum Composite Pl - Wo2 Doherty/ Sgt Phelan (can you remember what they called it, it cannot have been 4Pl?) They had Sammy Doherty down as 1Pl Sgt and Chris Phelan for Pl Sgt 2 Pl. Anybody else reading this please chip in if I've got it wrong. This is history they are messing with!
