MessageLaurie Bland (PT Buster)

I think you will find that Pip Flynn led from the front as always ( follow me I'm right behind you) for the first 6 miles and then stopped to put more stones in his bergan. Frank was not there due to his professional boxing match he had with the Number 1 contender for the European belt!
They both might turn up with you for the Fan Dance, tell Frank to to get his jacksie out of Hereford and show us how its done. As for CEFO, the belts are not big enough so I will be at the bottom taking pictures this time. No jack wagon on the Fan, Joe 90 may be taking his chopper for Air Cover/Rescue.
See you there!

MessageRaymondo Larkin,
Ray, are you sure that was the nominal roll of attendees on the ten miler? It looked suspiciously to me like the names of those who got in the " Jack Wagon" before Flagstaff!!!!!
The rumour going around the A.P.T.C. is that Frank led off too fast and nobody could keep with him hence the reason they were so strung out!!!
Send the details of the Fan Dance and I will get my CEFO out of mothballs and race you to the top!(He lied easily)

FEET & KNEES TOGETHER.
