THIS IS A DISGRACE. NO WONDER WE HAVE A HIGH CRIME RATE.IF THE CITY CAN GIVE THE COUNCIL AND MAYOR $6000 A YEAR IN CAR ALLOWANCES WE CAN AFFORD TO PAY OUR POLICE FORCE A DECENT SALARY. I SHALL SAY MY PIECE AT THE NEXT COUNCIL MEETING.HERE HERE'S WOULD BE APPRECIATED!!
