| Message | I spent six days in London from 16 august 2007 to 22 august 2007. The choice of B + B Belgravia made my holiday more beautiful and exciting. This bed & breakfast is beautiful and offers a lot of things to its guests. I hope to come back soon!!!! |

| Message | I stayed at B+B Belgravia in late June on my way back to the U.S. from Africa. I travelled by myself, and it was my first time in London. I could not have asked for a better lodging experience in London. Although it was reasonably priced, centrally located, very clean and comfortable and had awesome breakfasts cooked to order, the best part of the place was definitely the service. The two people I encountered who work there, Eric & Elizabeth were so professional, friendly and helpful and really helped make my stay an enjoyable one. Elizabeth gave me a very good city map to take with me, and Eric let me borrow his umbrella, as it rained the entire time I was in the city. Thanks so much you two!!! |

| Message | Just had a lovely 2 night stay in the B&B Belgravia. The rooms were modern, light and airy which is a refreshing change to other B&B's that we've stayed in. There are other little touches that we enjoyed including the lounge, free internet access, good quality coffee/tea and biscuits. Breakfast was excellent, and it was easy to get around being so close to Victoria. All in all we think that is this is a great haven to rest and recuperate before facing your next day out on the town.  |

| Message | Just stayed at the Belgravia for our wedding anniversary. Great location just around the corner for Victoria station and the tube network. Great price, modern rooms, clean, friendly, breakfast to order, little touches like tea & coffee 24/7, what more can you ask for. Will definately visit again!!  |

| Message | we have just spent 8 nights at B+B Belgravia. Rick Steves was right. We enjoyed the clean, modern rooms, the well-planned community room, with tv, films, and free-use computer; as well as 24 hour cappuchino, tea, and cookies. The breakfast was made to order, and excellent. There is a garden which seems not to be used; next year, we will figure it out. The staff is varied, but all did try to fulfill any of our requests. thanks, erick, elisabeth, and monica. goodbye for now |

| Message | Four of us stayed at the B and B Belgravia when it had just opened and thought it was great. Recommended it to many friends who have in turn stayed with them, and all are highly delighted with cleanliness and breakfast was superb..... |

| Message | The person below must have had the WRONG B+B Belgravia. Because when we appeared on their doorstep (at the crack of dawn) the were kind enough to let us check in early, free of charge. We were able to take a hot shower in the clean, modern bathroom in our room... check our e-mail while laying in bed (not wirelessly but with an ethernet cable they provided)... and relax a little bit before heading out into town after having breakfast in their cool looking open plan kitchen. Everything (except for the flat panel TV in our room) was from IKEA. Which we liked. The staff wasn't overbearing in any way. They were there when we needed them, but gave us our privacy too. The location by the way was amazing too. Easy walking distance to the nearest train station.  |

| Message | Be carefull and double check your reservation if made on the internet!!! I had a bad experience on arrival, NO ROOM AVAILABLE (I had awritten confirmationwith me!!!) After one month they try to bill me one night for their mistake (they booked for a false date). |
