| Message | We stayed over new years 2007 (31 Dec, 2006- 3 Jan, 2007). What a fantastic place to stay. Great rooms, fantastic service, outstanding breakfast, and amazing location. We would frequently return after cold days or evenings out and enjoy the free hot tea or capacinos. The staff was amazingly helpful and reserving via email was so simple. It was only a 5 min walk from Victoria station and very simple to find. |

| Message |    This is such a lovely hotel! The communication as teriffic, but not being aquainted with Londons' addressing system, I found the location only after a bit of walking; it is less than a ten minute walk from Victoria Station. OK, I was lost!!!!  In the end, I was glad I didn't take a cab. I spent the bulk of my time at Wimbledon for the Tennis, but I thought the location was wonderful. The room was very nice and contemporary. The flat screen TV with the right channel for Tennis as gratifying!!! The free internet access and breakfast were also a plus. We have nothing like this in California; and for that, I am sooooooooooo happy. There is no elevator, but again, this was another novelty and a chance for some excerise, as I was on the 4th floor. It is fairly close to Westminster Abbey and the Tate, plus lots of shopping!!! An excellent location and a teriffic value for the lowly American dollar! |

| Message | My husband and I found the hotel quite comfortable, modern, clean... Everything we wanted for our short stay was provided by the B+B Belgravia. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel makes you feel like you're at home, it is located in a nice area, very quiet. Plus it's only a 5 minutes walk from the Victoria coach station, wich was great for us who had to go catch a bus to Oxford! Everyone was nice and there if we needed anything. I hope to come back soon to London, and i will most definitely try to come back to the B+B Belgravia. |

| Message | My sister and I do a trip every couple of years. This year we decided to do London, as it was the one place I have always wanted to visit. We loved the accommodations here. It is a couple of blocks from Victoria Station, so it made getting around London a breeze. I will definitely recommend the B+B to my London bound friends. |

| Message | I recently stayed at the B+B twice in November starting the ending my trip in London. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. I enjoyed the hotel and amenities. Location excellent and the general feel of the hotel warm and casually friendly. I will definately return when I need to visit London.   |

| Message | Stayed for two nights (30/Nov/07 & 01/Dec/07). Couldn't fault the stay! Rooms were small but clean and stylishly furnished. Breakfast was great, and cooked to order (and at a nice early time - 7.30 on a Saturday!) - much better than the "hotel chains" where you queue like cattle for breakfast. Staff couldn't have been more welcoming and friendly. Great location - 5 minutes walk from Victoria train/bus/tube station, and a 5 minute walk to Sloane Square/Kings Road. Staff on hand at all times, but boy do they work hard! Receptionist/cook/accountant in one job description! But everything was done with a smile, and very helpful with taxis, left luggage, etc. Will definitely be back, and will recommend to friends. Thanks B+B Belgravia - a great stay!  |
