| Message | The temps haven't been too bad, actually. It hasn't gotten below the mid-20s through all this. I think it did get down to like 21 one night. But it's been around 32 during the days. We haven't seen snow like this in years - so the kids are enjoying it. If we had lots of places to go, I'm sure I'd be over it - but it's Christmas break, so it's all good.  (though, yeah, 60 degrees sounds MUCH better to me than 30 degrees). |

| Message | Wow...can't say that I miss the snow. We saw so much of it in Lake Zurich that although beautiful, you can enjoy it for me. I don't think the kids feel they are missing anything either. Snow = freezing cold temps for us and I'm glad to have my 60 degree weather tomorrow even if it comes with showers. |

| Message | Occassionally, we will go through a drive through and order drinks, very rarely I'll allow the kids to get French Fries (they usually share a large). Anyway, today Tom decided that the meal deal was cheaper than buying fries and drinks alone.....so he got the burger with them. I haven't had fast food in almost a year (maybe a couple of fries here and there). However, I took one bite of that burger that he had and almost threw up. Your tastes buds really do change. I hate fast food now and to think we ate it at least once a week before, especially during sport's season.....ewwwww gross! Anyway, Happy Pregnancy and just know it doesn't last forever and before you know it, you'll be running those five miles too!  BTW....I think snow is beautiful too. I just hate the cold weather that comes with it  |

I showed up when they were cleaning out her house in Louisville (I was living in TN at the time), and they had a truck loaded for the Goodwill, and I was like "WAIT!!!" and there was a lot of Christmas stuff, so I grabbed what I could.  We're supposed to have a HUGE storm Saturday night. With lots more snow. Andy and the kids have been sledding in the 5-ish inches that we have. |
