| Message | With the passing of Eddie Guererro, I think more attention should be paid to the example that Lanny Poffo is setting for the youth of today. OK, we don't know the cause of death but by force of habit, something must not have been OK. |

| Message | Hi Lanny, It is great to have re-established contact with you after all these years. As I've told you personally before, among my greatest memories are the times that I spent with you, Randy, Angelo and Judy in the late 70's when I was your spokesperson with the ICW. I remember the time you came to a New Years Eve party in Somerset and brought a bottle of Cold Duck for us. As many people have commented, I commend you for being the class act that you are and for caring about people..especially children. I also thank you for your kindness and friendship to me and for letting me in... if even just a little bit without ever letting me be truly smart. I remember several times that I worked with the original Shiek in the 80's. I was terrified the first time that I met him because of the stories that I had heard. When I was introduced for the firt time the Shiek was told that I was ok because I had worked with the Poffos's. We were fine after that. I will always remember the days of taping the promos on the stage at TV-8 and the little talks that we sometimes had to have in the hallway. You and your family were the hardest working people that I have ever known and, whatever success has come to any of you has, most definately, been earned with much sacrifice. I am very proud to know you and to count you as a friend. I thank you for the experiences, memories and frienship, Lanny. Mike McGuire |

| Message | hello. i was watching old WWE videos from the 80's and -although the genius was not in them- i still remember him. thanks for the memories. As well, i see he's active fighting smoking. My third packet of cigarettes still lies in some drawer from my 18yo... i just found it silly, boring...not to mention very unhealthy. |

| Message |  Hello Mr. Poffo; I just wanted to drop you a line to let you know how much of a fan I am of yours. I grew up watching wrestling in the 80's and 90's. I remember going to watch you wrestle in the Niagara Falls convention center and the Buffalo Auditorium in NY. Your website is wonderful and gives many lessons for life. Now that the WWE is leaning towards bringing back some of the legends that made wrestling what it is today it would be great to see you and Randy back again. Thank You and Have a Great Day! John P.
