Dear Bill,

Your son needs to know that these people are NOT his friends anyway. In 30 years they will either be dead or better off dead. (or at least dead broke!)

Misery loves company. Does he need acceptance so badly that he's willing to pollute his own body, mind and soul intentionally for a moment of "popularity" from desperate low-life losers?

It takes a real man to do the right thing and NOT join the crowd that is going astray.

What advice would you give to a 25 year old man who is not fond of the drink but feels he has to keep up with his friends when they go out? My son does not like the feeling of being drunk and taste of alcohol but fears been socially rejected because he does not get drunk like the rest of his friends.
