| Message | I had talked a few months ago about my car accident and my brain injury. The brain is confusing. Everybody from my hometown was praying for me, they even had it posted on signs across town and I believe that is what made me wake up from a coma two months later and be the same kid that I once was. With all the prayers from everybody, that is what helped me through all this and being on Daniels baseball team I know that he is a fighter and strong kid, |

| Message | I would like to praise the Lord for the progress of Daniel! I am an IHSAA wrestling official and hope and pray I had a match with Dan at one time. I also would like to say that I have put Daniel and the entire Mercer family on my church prayer chain and will not let it go until the Lord has healed Daniel! | Message | I just want you to know that in Danville, Illinois we are praying hard and thinking about Daniel all of the time.. Our prayers are with you everyday. I'm a good friend of Ann Dicken, and Ann's sister-in-law and brother-in-law are very close to me... Cindy Dicken has kept me up on the progress of Daniel...Our prayers are with you Daniel and we will continue to pray hard for a total recovery...
