| Message | Dear Daniel and Family, I'm inspired by your courage and resilience. My 20-year-old daughter Cecily, was diagnosed with a large neurocytoma after becoming ill on Thanksgiving (thought she had the flu for a few days), and underwent surgery in December at Johns Hopkins Hospital. We are currently waiting an opinion from the Mayo Clinic as well, after one helpful recommendation from Dana-Farber in Boston and of course, JH. It's alot of anxious waiting and deciding. (Even neurocytomas can require adjuvant therapy.) Cecily is doing well now and just getting back to normal activities while she is on medical leave from college (couldn't make this semester). She still tires easily. I'm grateful for her; and the wonderful doctors and medical staffs helping her. We're thinking of you, Daniel, and your family. You all sound amazing. Your doctors too.
