MessageI.ve just been recuited to coach my high school club team. I am a novice but I did play squash in college. I believe that the basic concept of controlling the center of the court applies to both. Identify an opponents weakness and exploit it. Same concept as table tennis. Contact me with any tips any one , aka practice schedules and routines.
