MessageYou forgot the jump smash technique and I would advise that when returning smash the fraquet should be at 12 instead of 10 so that there is equal chance of returning shuttle from both sides. Use a shassay (don't think it is correct spelling) step and lunge towards the net. Turn and shassay to the back and rotate legs (scissor kick) for deception and it make your smash harder. Make sure that whatever position you are in that the centre of all body dimensions is the pit of your stomach.

Thank you,
Saqib Deen

MessageExcellent site - I need all the help I can get. Just started playing for the first time since leaving school - I wont say how long - but its long, and I'm getting hammered......

But not for much longer - I have a cunning plan (mostly with the help of your web site).

Many thaks with the help and good advice.
