MessageI came upon you site while looking for more info the builder/original owner of the house we own in New Canaan, CT. He was Worthington W. Frothingham born in 1876 in Albany, NY. He married a woman named Isabel and they built our house in 1928. What's funny is I see connections of my own on your site: The Spaldings of Braintree most specifically. I'm sure there are others. I'll keep looking. Thank you for all your work!

MessageReally enjoyed seeing the names of my grandparents etc here. Lost but so not forgotten! Also got a huge kick out of my dad's entry "02 Male Frothingham." If you ever wish to add info, I'd be happy to oblige. So cool that you're doing this! Best wishes, Em (Elinor was also my great-grandmother's name but her nickname was Muddy!)

MessageWas just playing around in Google and found this site. Winona Frothingham was my grandmother, although she died before I was born. I'd like to offer some information that you missed. Winona and Roy Eaton also had a son named Kenneth Malcolm Eaton born in 1924 and died in 1987. Kenneth married my mother, Annette Louise Dow, also of Salisbury, however, they later divorced. Annette and Kenneth had six children: Lawrence, Colleen, Robert, Kenneth jr, Jeffrey and Richard.

MessageSo much work! Just a point of clarification. The Mayflower landed in Plymouth Ma ( first it stopped in Provincetown) The Winthrop fleet main ship was the Arbella. Did you find info on the Mayflowere making additional trips? I believe Massachusetts had a Frothingham as Lt Gov. There is a famous artist by this surname as well. Great work. Thanks for sharing. Happy New Year. Jean
