Message	Next year could and should be your year.However you must get back to the way you approched games a few years ago.Structured practice and game plans where you all know your role.It starts at the top but everyone must support it 100% for it to work.If you do this you are bankers for promotion next year with the squad you guys have. Message	lets not frown upon the season the 1st eleven is having.so they have underachieved in some games this season..but look at the age of the team..it can only get better.with,maybe,one or two additions on what is an already capable squad i feel in maybe 1 or 2 years this team could be awesome..lets keep backing the youth..and pulling together and we will get there.
