| Message | Thank you for your wonderful website. I am researching Clydesdales for a children's book I hope to publish. My first experience with a C  lydesdale was in the early 1960's along the beach in Dundee visiting my grandfather. It's no wonder I chose this horse as the heroine of my story. She must be strong, brave and clever and rise to the challenge of descending into a cavern to rescue one of the main characters. |

| Message | Love your website........I didn't start riding until age of 40, and bought 1st horse less than a year later. Bonnie is a clydesdale, and I didn't know she wasn't what was considered to be a 'proper' riding horse! and she was only 5. We learnt so much together and had so much fun, she was a wonderful first horse. Retired now due to arthritis, fat and hairy in the field! Now have 2 other horses, but they are both clydesale/tb crosses, so keep that wonderful temprament. |

| Message | i have ridden a 17hh clydesdale mare and i have to say was not looking forward to it the first time but now find it hard to think of another horse that betters it! They are trusting and gentle and brilliant teachers. I am now looking to loan one and sincerely hope in the near future that ridden clydesdales classes are introduced. |
