I forgot my profound scripture today so here's one that has sustained me ofteN. | Message | Shane, I found a passage a few days ago that has really helped me out daily and with bull riding, etc. Psalm 37:23-24. If the Lord delights in a man's ways, though he stumble he will not fall for the Lord upholdeth him with his hand. This passage brings strength to me when I am in need. I repeat it to myself with authority and everything seems okay. I hope you are finding strength in his word. Also, I'm glad to hear that you are feeling better and that the chemo treatments decreased the mass. Keep the faith and don't worry about tomorrow, tomorrow has enough worries of it's own. | Message | I enjoyed reading your website and seeing the pictures. Jenae is adorable. I've been thinking and wondering how last Wed. went.  I'm so thankful the tumor has decreased. I certainly enjoyed watching the video of bull rides! My family spent time at the Holt Co. Fair last week and stayed for the rodeo Friday eve. I could picture you each time those bulls came out of a chute. Your new fan  Cindy |

Ran into Chad last weekend in the city. He looks great and like his old self again. Tell Hope I'm missing her and of course, I'm missing you and Jesse too. Can't wait to get down to see you and Hope in a few weeks. All my prayers and thoughts are with you both right now. |

Ran across the following prayer, which was given to me by a Lakota deacon at my church, during the healing mass where he perceived of the chronic condition I am dealing with. It brings me a great deal of comfort. Hope it will work for you, too. Have a great week! Cowboy- PRAYER FOR HEALING Lord, we are your people; you have called us by name. Heal those in our midst, who are wounded and sick. Stretch out your saving hand to touch those in pain. Strengthen those who are weak, bring back those who have wandered away from you. Help us to know the Father's love, through Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. Help us to be instruments of that love and to spread it throughout our Church. Lord, may everything we do begin with your inspiration, continue with your help, and reach perfection under your guidance. AMEN. |
