Baby Jenae is very lucky to have a wonderful uncle like yourself and you seem to enjoy her so much. I have a 12 and 11 year old that want to come down and see you. Hey, since your so good at that babysitting why don't I just fly them down and I'll be down a few days later to check on all of you!!  Glad to see that your up to babysitting. | Message | Dear Shane, What a neat thing that you can help out with Janae and that she gets to stay with you. Seems like it is a blessing on all sides. I bet Grammy is keeping an eye on how you are doing. Hope your counts are good and that you continue to feel good. I was glad to read Kathy Ehlers message about Women of Faith. I have gone in the past and it is amazing. But this year I passed because we are getting kids moved into college. We took Sarah down last Friday night and then we take Brooke to Vermillion on Saturday. Since she is my youngest, I fear this may be a bit wrenching. But I am thinking it is going to be a step that will be great for her, so that helps. Amy can call me since she is taking Kelcey off that same day. Keep us posted. I check your site everyday, and pray for you every day. It is good to read updates that sound like you must be feeling well. I imagine you would need a little energy to keep little Janae. | Message | Shane and Hope, Just got home from the Women of Faith Conference in Omaha. Should have swiped Hope and taken her along. (Maybe even smuggled you in, Shane!  ) The theme of the entire conference was Irrepressible Hope. We have this hope as an anchor for the soul,firm and secure. Hebrews 6:19 Because of Jesus we always have hope, He is our anchor. We were urged to be on the lookout for reasons to celebrate, as they are everywhere to be found...it reminded me of your website and your example.  I'm really needing to finish getting ready for a yearly Inspection with the FDA...I found myself looking for reasons to celebrate...3 more days and it will be over!! Your always on our minds and in our prayers!! |
