Am up late tonight reading and thought I'd share some of these Reflections on Peace with you: Every tomorrow has two handles. We can take hold of it by the handle of anxiety,or by the handle of faith. Christ gives us strength to let go of our tight grip on our worries , commit them to Him, and open ourselves to an inflow of fresh peace.Finally, I'm praying that you will have a profound sense of God's peace - a true peace that comes from complete trust in God and dependence on His guidance. I am leaving you with a gift--peace of mind and heart. and the peace I give isn't like the peace the world gives. So don't be troubled or afraid. John 14:27 I will lie down and sleep in peace, for you alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety. Ps. 4:8 And tonight may you rest your head on the pillow of prayers being said for you, and may you feel God's peace and presence surrounding you. We love you, Shane. |

| Message | Hi Shane---That's great to hear that this week is going better. Lots of prayers are being answered there. I hope the next two days go even better.  Yesterday Elaine and the boys came and helped me plant some trees. It seems kind of funny. We go around cutting cedars all over the place, but then I go around planting them in other places.  Bryan was good help but Reece wasn't quite so good. He tried out a good bite of Nebraska sand and didn't seem to mind it, so maybe dirt tastes better than we all think!  We're praying the rest of the week goes well, and you have good news when you see the drs!!! |

| Message | Hope & Shane WOW!!!!  what a beautiful day monday was. The evidence of God everywhere in his creation. Saw your shiny head in church, but you got out of there before I could catch up! Just great to see you there. On my knees that treatment goes well and it is doing it's thing! Ever thought about spell check on this site, it would be helpful for some of your tech challenged friends. Create in me a pure heart and renew a steadfast spirit, do not cast me from your presence or take your holy spirit from me, grant me the joy of your salvation and a willing spirit to sustain me! | Message | Hope you are feeling well today and got a good nights sleep last night. It is such a beautiful day I am sure that should help you feel better.. We are going to ONeill today to Ben's first track meet.. He is fighting a cold and some allergies so I hope he can breath well. Ben has asthma and always has to us an inhaler to do sports, but he seems to do well... Russ is here today putting in our bedroom carpet so we will move in there tonight... Mary liked talking to you on the phone yesterday and she had to wear her Shane Jammies again last night...  I think she is going to wear them out.Only 4 more treatments and I know you can do it..God will be with you and we are praying for your healing and strength. LOVE THE WALNOFERS |

| Message | Hi Shane. I was so sorry when I read that you really weren't feeling well this week. I thought how like you to take the time and make the effort to stay in touch for our benefit. We are praying for you, so it helps, but it would be easy to just skip it. Glad you don't and am glad you are feeling better. Enjoy your days' break and I hope it refreshes you for the next round.
