MessageHi,

Was diagnosed in 2001,having poblems since a traffic accident in 2000.I appreciate any opportunity to discuss the many facets of this much misunderstood illness,I have found that it is only those with this scourge that can really understand where we are coming from.

I look forward to meeting my fellow PWMS'ers as we explore this ever changing landscape that is MS.

Regards,

Paul.

MessageI was diagnosed in October of 1994 (married to my EX husband in May of 1994) hmmmmm.is there a connection there? From Oct.of 94 until Dec.of 97, I had absolutely NO problems concerning my M.S.On November 27th of 1997 I had a baby! Two months after I had my daughter, the symptoms of my M.S. started popping up one after the other. I think that the stress my body went through being pregnant caused my M.S.to rear its ugly head and in 18 months later, I had to quit working & go on SSDI. smilie

MessageI was diagnosed with MS in 1989 and am getting worse fast now. I live alone (except for my cat, Oreo) and although I'm an artist, I now can barely write my name. I want to try a drug that will reverse the symptoms. I am getting discouraged and want to regain my joyful attitude. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. My husband of 12 yrs. left me and I have been doing quite well for the past 10 yrs. on my own, but it is getting extremely difficult. I ride a scooter and am having trouble getting in my vehicle and with so many of my daily activities.
