Messagesmilie smilie I have reversed my symptoms of MS through dietary changes. No more spasms, restless legs, vision spots, fatigue or daily injections. I started a new life style last October by identifying food sensitivities and eliminating hidden MSG and other chemicals, such as Aspartame from my diet. Also, Dr. Russell L.B. who is a neurologist has written books about chemicals, such as MSG in our foods that cause many neurological symptoms. Excitotoxi The taste that kills has great information about the connection between chemicals in our food supply and diseases. His work and Dr.A.E have many similarities, specifically the importance of eating fresh fruits, vegetables, eliminating bad fats and increasing omega oils.

MessageI found your site very helpfull. My mother inlaw has had MS for 15 yrs now and her mobility is getting very bad most days. I have been reading about the stem cell surgery and was wondering what information you could send me in regard to how you get the surgery done in Canada. What is required. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

MessageHi Everyone,

first of all, well done for the website - really helpful, honest.

My boyfriend is 24 years old and has just been diagnosed with MS after 3 years of on/off minor symptoms. Till this day he has no physical symptoms, no weakness, no 'handicaps' - just a normal strong human being - but unfortunately, he has 9 or more minor inactive lesions in his brain. He previously had a spinal lesion at first, which has now disappeared.

We're all a bit under shock since we just found this out - the most shocking thing is that he is considered a 'rare' case since he 'shows' NO physical signs of MS.

He will be starting BETA-Interferon in a couple of weeks, although we all strongly believe it's all about diet. His whole life was a diet-problem story...from 120KG weight to 80KG weight and a limitless unimaginable amount of diet products containing aspartame and man-made poisons.

We are currently focusing on the BBD and have also purchased the Swank diet - he eats fish, vegetables mainly, and also some Vitamin D from the sun/light....trying to follow every single suggestion given to us from research, BBD Diet, etc.

Hoping he will wake up strong and 'normal' every day...

Thanks for everything,

Sarah Cachia

MessageIT'S ALL GONNA BE OK.

We are no more vulnerable, weak or small than the person rushing past us on the path, they just haven't noticed that someone else is calling the shots. We are ALL at the mercy of the Universe/God, and have been since the day we were born.

So if you are recently diagnosed feeling like the rug has been swiped from under you, try and remember everybody is equally in the dark about their future.

and try acupuncture! it really can help. I have regained feeling in all my fingers as a direct result of having a skilled acupuncturist.

MessageGreat site, helped me alot
My mother has had ms for the last 8 years now. Probably the hardest 8 years of my life. This website tells you almost everything you need to know about ms. I know a few people witht the chronic condition and i understand exactly what they are going through. For anyone living in Scotland with a condition like this, the MS society run course to help people manage. I have spoken to many of the participants and they say it has really helped them. I would advise anyone with MS, arthuritus, etc to try out one of the courses.

Rory
