| Message | I am now a resident of Washington D.C. but I used to live in Monticello, and have driven to roscoe to walk this beautiful castle. I am a huge fan. I have also seen some creepy things inside, and I am very convinced that something, or someone beyond human lived there. Super awesome! |

| Message | i took the opportunity to scan some of the information you wrote about Dundas Castle and some of the information you have is incorrect. One for instance is the stone used to build the castle is not field stone. the stone used was stone taken from the Beaverkill River. which was loaded on stone boats and horses were used to pull the stone boats up to the building site. there is a book that contains a lot of information about the castle. Its been a long time since i last looked at the books contents but the information in the book appeared to be authentic. there are also illustrations and pictures which were photocopied. Sadly the pictures weren't the greatest but i recall the photos were taken during the time of horse and carriage days. The location of this book is unknown. i would have to ask around. |
