MessageDeena,

I also was given the diagnosis of stage IV endometrial cancer in May of 2007 and am still undergoing chemotherapy. I am 47 years of age with two children age 17 and 14. It is very hard to battle this monster but we do with God and good friends who care. I also thought I would be done by now but that is not the case. It is hard not knowing what is going to happen. I read your blog everyday. Thank you. You help me in so many ways. Your are in my thoughts and prayers daily.

Shelli

MessageI happened across your blog whilst researching lymphodema. I have been struggling with the pain and swelling for several months. It was a joy and blessing to view your site. I love PINK so I had to see who was so pretty in PINK. You are beautiful.

I became a PINK lover at the age of six never knowing it would be my color for life, as I am now a breast cancer survivor.

What a lovely color to spread around the world.

Messagesmilie I just stumbled upon your blog. Funny, I stumbled upon it today - I am in the process of organizing Breast Cancer Awareness Month program for my offices. UPS just delivered the lapel pins I ordered to be sold at our offices with proceeds going to Breast Cancer Research. (I work for the corporate office of a medical practice with offices in South Carolina.) I hope to have a drop in during Oct. in our offices to further our patient education on breast cancer.

I applaude your strength and joy you are finding in life...almost envious of it. I hate that it takes this type of disease to make us open our eyes to the great world we live in and to all our blessings.

If OK with you, may I follow your progress through your blog? You will be in my prayers and thoughts.

MessageDear Deena,
You are so very special! I am so sorry for what you are going through. I am a breast cancer survivor of 4 years and I feel like I am one of the very fortunate ones. I hope and pray that God heals you and gives you the strength to get through your treatments. May God surround you with his angels!!
