| Message | I have a strange problem, and I don't really know what where to start, so I'll go in bullet point form.
Ok let's start: - I have Windows 7 64-bit withthe ASUS USB-BT21 (Blutooth 2.0) adapter. It's actually a Broadcom WIDCOMM module. The drivers from both are litterrarly the same, down to the ASUS one saying "Broadcom 2046 Bluetooth 2.1+ EDR USB Dongle with First Connect" in the device manager.
- If I add my Wiimote to Windows using Windows Device and Printer, everything seams to work. Windows recognize it, and I open BluTones, and it's party time!
- Now if I close BlueTone, and my wii mote turns off due to it's idle state (or I remove and put back the battery). Windows still see (even if the battery is removed) my wiimote (Nintendo RVL-CMT-01).
- Ok so now assuming the Wiimote is off (change of battery or auto-turn off, or I restart my computer), Windows 7 still sees my Wiimote. When I press 1 and 2 button at the same time, Windows doesn't do anything, as it's already found and added. If I open BlueTunes, BlueTunes can't find my Wiimote.
- The fix is to manually remove the device and add it back, and NOW it will work.
Under Dolphin Emulator, my Wiimote shows no such problem. Just pair them up and you are ready to play with the wiimote. My Wiimote is the orginal one that came with my Wii back when the Wii was soon released.
Is there a way for BluTone to do like Dolphin emu where it can pair and unpair devices automatically? |
