MessageHey Bro, great web site, good to see your getting all the help and support you need along your mad journey. Looks like the weather is much better over there than it is back home. We are having a typical British Summer! Have fun on the rest of you walk, I will save you a pint or two for when you return.
All the best Darren, Leah and jodie.

MessageNick stayed with my husband and I in Indiana. He was the BEST house guest EVER. Super nice and polite, he didn't even need a pillow.
Nick, you are welcome in my home any time. And make sure you use our address if you win the Indiana lottery. Walk safely!

Maybe I will surf your couch someday?

MessageNick stayed with me for a couple of days in Indianapolis -- the home of war memorials. What an amazing guy on an incredible journey!

Nick is incredibly friendly, trustworthy, genial and the perfect house guest.

I'm not sure I could do it, although now, knowing Nick, I'm more apt to try something like this.

Be safe my friend, stay in touch, and good luck with you know who. :)

Brian

MessageDear NICK, having treked the West-East route in 2007 I am following your trip with great interest and with some nostalgia. Route 40 goes on forever - to be followed by an even longer mid-west section on Route 36. Watch out for the Predstrian-prohibited sections and good luck. Tempting as it is, don't move to the dark side and stay positive - Colorado and Utah aren't that far ahead! Best Wishses Martin
