MessageLiving in MA. I had no problem finding Moxie. In 2001 I moved to FL. and could not find it. I knew a person that went north a few times a year and she brought some back for me. Recently Sweetbay has been stocking it so I get my supply easily. There is nothing like the first taste of an ice cold Moxie. Yesterday I went to Dr for physical and my blood sugar was to high to read. Went to ER and they told me I was diabetic. The 37 grams of sugar is to much for me so I guess I'll have to go diet Moxie. Not the same but what can I do. How about using real sugar instead of using HFCS Well that is my story and I'm sticking to it. I still sneak a reg. can once in a while. Gotta have my Moxie fix.

MessageUncle Sam has sent me to the far corners of this planet, and nowhere can I find an elixir that satisfies like Moxie. I only wish that it was available to me at all the locations I am sent to. I miss it dearly.

MessageThe 25th was a special one for me.

I wanted to say "thanks" to everyone that came by the RiverVision Press table, on Saturday. Business was steady all day, as interest in the new book, "Moxietown" exceeded our expectations. I guess the dual topics of Moxie and Lisbon Falls were a winning pairing.

It was great seeing old friends, and meeting new ones.

Special thanks go out to Sue and Toby Conroy, and the Moxie Committee for their efforts pulling everything together. Having been involved in 2004 and 2005, I know this is no easy task.

For anyone that didn't get a chance to pick up a copy of the new one, we still have copies of "Moxietown," but they'll be gone soon.

Looking forward to the 26th, in 2009.

Drink Moxie!

MessageLooking forward to attending the festival next year. I missed it this year. My son turned me onto Moxie indirectly. He was an avid Moxie drinker ( never cared for it but had not tried it since I was a kid). My son pasted a year and a half ago and I drank a can for him on the day of his (or what would have been) 21st birthday. He always wanted to go to the festival but never made it. I look forward to attending it as his serogate.

Gone from our sight but never far from our hearts. We miss you Jimmy and look forward to the day when you take our hand and walk us home to join our lord.
