MessageAs Salaam Alaykum.

I've added your blog to my RSS feed. You have a unique, refreshing perspective. You remind me of the Arundahti Roy quote, "the people of the world do not need to choose between a Malevolent Mickey Mouse and the Mad Mullahs". Your point of view, combined with your interest in martial arts (a new interest of mine), your tips for improving and your excellent aesthetics, make your blog one I regularly visit. One recommendation for improvement would be a rehashing of the tags you have. It is difficult to find information on, for example, ayuvedic medicine (another area of interest) and your views on it. Generally, it is difficult to get around the site and find what you want.

Overall, though, excellent site. Keep up the writing, and be well.

MessageT.W.

I got the amusing mailing and wish I could have found it more amusing than true.

Not long after I ran in to your site, my long-lost daughter called me. (It's been about a year since we have spoken to each other. She is 13 and last time we talked she "wished I was in hell." I guess that's how I know she is about as normal as a mildly autistic, middle-schooler can be in the clutches of her right-wing grandparents. Her mother turned out okay, just not for me.) I told her I was thinking about moving to Tanzania and she wanted to know if they had horses there. I told her That I was pretty sure you did.

Anyway, thanks for the the good karma, if such a thing exists. As I understand it:Karma is karma.

I hope you will be an absentee ballot come November, not that they really count them if they don't go their way.

Peter
