Message | I live in a fishermans paradise and that would be the upper half of MI and fresh water trout fishing is great, ice fishing is better, but you go with what you have for the season. On the norm we max out on our limit and I fish alot. On Sunday and Monday I went out with a buddy and for the both of us it had to be the worst fishing ever, now on sunday my buddy did catch some small brooks and got home and cleaned them and inside one we found a shinner minnow, just thought it was strange but never gave it another thought. Next day go out 2 different rivers, not even worth talking about. I went out this morning by myself not one hit, and I knew when I came off that river it had to be the full moon we just had last nite, my feeling on the subject was if the moon was bright enough then the trout could feed at nite, I found this web site and realized I was not to far off track. I will never fish a full moon again. Thank You |
