Messagesmilie smilie Julia,
As I have read over this web site I will have to agree with Jason and note that these are beautiful sentiments and yet another sign of your strength in and thru Christ. It was nice to get to see Don pre-chemo, weight loss, etc. As nurses sometimes we see only the surface of the illness. Your family, your marriage, and you truly eximplify His love and grace. May God be with you all as you endeavor your storms and thank God for the other side. May you and your family continue to laugh, love, and live with God's undying grace and mercy. You all were a blessing to meet and a testimony to Christ's ability to move - even in the most difficult situations. Thank you for that....may God be with you and yours.
Your "CRAZY" nurse at Heartland,
Jeana Haggard, RN

MessageGreetings from Omaha. I enjoyed your pictures on-line. I really liked the shot of the kids in the tree! We have been following your journey and wanted to let you know that you and your family are in our prayers. We will be back in Corydon for old settlers in a couple of weeks to catch up with others from the class. Not sure you will attend, but we will let others know of this website when we get there. Keep fighting the good fight.

MessageDear Don and Julia,

I have forwarded your website info to a very large group of prayer warriors that I know are faithful to pray. The prayer request we are praying for and standing in agreement is "For God's healing touch to be upon Don, and for the peace that passes understanding to guard your heart and mind. May the Lord's abundant grace continue to sustain you and give you strength."

The Lord does have a plan and a purpose and He is upholding you with His righteous right hand. May you continue to walk totally in His awesome and magnificent divine presence, and for His joy to be your strength. We miss seeing you at church.

Much love,
Debbie Foisy

MessageJust wanted you to know that we enjoyed the pictures of your garden - but especially enjoyed the pictures of the rainclouds in the background ... it's been so long since we've seen rain! Please know that we are praying for you all, and greatly look forward to news from your family. I can't help but think of how much light is gone from the nursery now that Lincoln and Lauren are no longer here! Know that we love you and miss you all!

MessageJulie,
I read the following today in your post: "Donald still mentions nearly every day how much he hopes he can preach. He is uncertain now how he can do so with such reduced lung capacity. He knows he is not strong enough to stand in the pulpit. (He wasn't strong enough to do that last fall in his preaching lab class.) He so desires to deliver God's Word and Message." Please tell him that he IS delivering God's Word and Message everytime you post something on this website. He may not be physically standing behind a pulpit, but you are ministering to everyone who reads your message. The Lord's work is being done.
DeAnna
