| Message | Lynn Just cruising through your great site again and I thought of a group that played in the 40's, 50's & early 60's. Can't think of the Orchestras name but the leader was Delancy Jacquard, played the horns and his last known address was on the really sharp turn heading to Wedgeport but still in the Plymouth area, His day job was a mechanic at Trefry's Garage, the old Ford dealer ship behind the Royal Store. Get Sandy Bain to do some investigating you might come up with a picture or two. I only heard them play a couple of times at the old Braemar Lodge on Ellingwood Lake back in the mid sixties. They had a big band sound from a little town. Sorry to hear about Blair Smith's passing. Just ran into him when he played for the South Exit. I'm really aging myself. Do you know where Dave Smith is these days? He was the lead singer and a former neighbor of mine.
