| Message | My name is John Stocks and I have worked at The City School from 1990; currently as Head of Media. I am about to begin accruing material for a publication to commemorate the end of the current buildings and the new build. The book, provisionaly entitled, 'Making a difference', will focus on the human stories pertaining to the school and it's role in the local community. | Message | I have perused the omnes amici pages with great interest and have had one or two observations to make. That sounds awfully pompous but I assure I'm not, just a very ordinary former pupil. On the 1956/7 photo the lower 6th with Mr Hodge no.23 is me Janet Thwaites - as was, next to my best pal Glenise Chapman as was, sharing the same birthday. We are still great friends. |
